    Cibil enquiry

    If we apply a axis credit card then a cibil enquiry is done, suppose it got rejected in 2 days. If i apply again on 3rd day will there be a Cibil enquiry again? I heard that there will be same Cibil report they will be using instead of fetching new. Please give me some clarity here
