So does that mean I need to calculate 30% of all the card limits combined and not just 30% per individual card? Also, does this apply to cards like UNI and Slice?

Can someone confirm this for me? I do know if I get this right. So my knowledge was that the 30% utilization of credit cards would be 30% of each credit card individually and not all the credit cards combined. Am I right or wrong? Can someone help? Thank you.
