Apologies. You’re right that you need to convert the points to Xtrarewards like any other IOCL co branded card. I got confused with my BOCL card where you can redeem directly by swiping the card.
The rewards can be claimed at the fuel bunk. You just need to tell the person that you’re looking to upgrade use the points against the fuel. Few taps on the machine and you’re golden. Like I said you would not be redeeming the points that frequently so it should be okay 😊
The best way to utilise rewards are by using them for fuel which can be done at the bunk. Surely it’s not a seamless process but hey you wouldn’t be doing this very frequently.
