Nope, I stopped bothering as automatic payments are not getting deducted from my account. You can try raising a complaint on Twitter or SBI website regarding this.

I visited my branch and they were absolutely clueless about NACH mandate cancellation. So, I think my NACH mandate is not yet cancelled at SBI's end and it has only been cancelled by my mutual fund AMC. No automatic deductions are taking place though.

If your SBI Unipay refund is stuck since a long time try raising a grievance on CPGRAMS under Department of Financial Services - State Bank of India with all the necessary transaction details. This is an escalation channel. Please let us know your experiences by raising a complaint here.

SBI branch had no idea on how to cancel NACH mandate. They said we can't check the mandate details from our end.

On raising a complaint with SBI Mutual Fund they were able to link the created NACH mandate to my folio manually.

Will SBI do it? Did you ever try this method in SBI?
