    Is it wise to consume RP before placing Credit Card upgrade request?

    As HDFC has RP conversion ration from old card to upgraded card, Is it wise to consume all RPs before placing the request as they will transfer only partial RPs to upgraded card Or is it necessary to have RPs in your old card to be eligible for upgraded card?
