Before, when AAP was in Govt: Let's topple this government. They are the reason behind so much air pollution in and around Delhi.
Now, when AAP Govt got replaced by BAP Govt: (Pollution level increased by ~150%) Hey, let's not do politics with air pollution. Let's together...
Don't remember exactly, but I think earlier also ICICI said no rewards for wallet load, still we were getting rewards for the same for Apay untill now.

Almost all major private banks, and almost all PSU banks via aadhar verification. A better question would be which bank doesn't support yet.
Note: Some banks take more time to link them at backend and may not work immediately, but work after few hours.
AFAIR, both HDFC and ICICI does support...
