I think so. I also get an option to pay via "Cash" and "BluChips" as shown below. Also I see my Membership Loyalty number when I click on the dropdown of the profile. (top-right)

That option is just for you to show how many points you will earn. The reward points you will earn, will be totally based on the card you use during the payment.
