Did any bank ask you like this? If any payments /refunds/cashbacks get credited, it belongs to that particular cardholder. To process refund of excess money, bank account details are required which can be shared by as in text format or cancelled cheque.

Proof of txn? What sorts of proof you're talking about? Your statement is more than enough na, there would be balance in -ve. They are not going to ask to present txn (Cr.) statment/slip.
