it depends on bank to bank and variant to variant. wealth variants usually no charges but basic or 10k have charges. ex: hdfc - savingsmax and above no charges. 25k mab au - royal and above no charges. 1L mab Indus - 50k mab and above no charges its not possible to list all combinations...

Ok, this needs RM but this person has savingsmax, so no RM yet. Still standard variant. Branch contact saying to visit and fill the forms, email says visit branch. Then have to wait till upgrade to classic or above to get RM and hopefully they know about this instead saying visit branch or send...

I think OP had a Regalia which he closed. so kinda yes. I just opened a SavingsMax with HDFC. Took Millenia & Swiggy LTF (last week), salary is between 2.6-3L nett. So I won't be eligible in future(say 6months-1 year) down the line :(
