I was talking about the combination of EPM+DCB versus EPM+Infinia, not about the individual cards alone. For all the points above that one can face difficulty with respect to acceptability or lesser reward rates on DCB than Infinia, the issue is entirely solved by having EPM as backup to the DCB!

I too applied add on card seeing Amazon Gift card offer in SBI Card App. But never got any gift voucher. I did not want spend my energy which more valuable than the probable outcome from highly mechanistic system of SBI Card

You could search about it more in detail. Basically we purchase amazon pay gift cards from various platforms like park+, amazon which considers it has online purchase thus we will get 5% cashback and then we can add that voucher in amazon pay and pay the utility bill.

I use the same mobile number to buy Amazon Pay vouchers using all my three cards (Gold, MRCC, Plat Travel). Only for the Gold add-on do I use my wife's phone number. I think Gyftr will ban me if I continue to do this? I should be using different mobile numbers for the three cards?
