I am currently 20 years old ..would be turning 21 in the month of november. However i have heard on some places that sbi gives credit card to 20 years 6 months old people also..Can i get now..Is there any method Please confirm?.

Actually my father holds a Sbi prime credit card. And its annual fees are 3000+540=3540 with not much benefits.Can i ask customer care to Convert it into ltf If yes ..how should i proceed . If they decline should he continue using this card because fees is not a problem but its not providing...
