  • I've done LIC payments in 1st week of July that were due on 01st August. Now I've received mail LIC premium reminder due. This has happened first time for earlier never received any reminders post payment. Is this something new? It says ignore if paid but still asking....

Because there was an issue created by HDFC Ergo for the insurance payment and the payment method for both is same Apay...

I'll tell you one thing, I paid in advance, few day's back, premium falling on Mid August, direct login on LIC India.
Downloaded the receipt, checked the LIC calendar, it got updated no dues for next month..
When you posted then I realised I have got the SMS Mailers too around 10.58 AM.
But as I know, now I need to login into LIC next year 2026 August, so mind automatically ignored the reminder SMS/Mailers.
Still if they will keep sending reminders I don't mind ..
    I'm planning a trip for September'26

Can I get M&G pre booked this year? Also which CC gives M&G to primary + 1-3 guests? If booking is done while the cards offer M&G and later on maybe the card gets devalued then the M&G will be cancelled?

Sept '26 is like more than 1 year from now. I am not sure if the M&G company will accept bookings this ahead.
    Is it '25?

I think if you have made the payment (if it is free, then this this doesn't apply) and the booking is confirmed, and the transaction is settled between the bank and the company, later even if it is devalued, they would already have received the payment from bank (or the transaction is settled) so it should not be cancelled. (Not sure, just my assumption)
Is there any way to disable mobile OTP for axis? I tried mailing but got a generic response saying it can be done from settings but on NB I'm not able to find it. These Mfs didn't even ask for consent.
