@shrewdoc ... this is not new at all.. it was people's mis perception.
As you guys are aware of that now, because of wide disperse of knowledge esecially by me and a few others.. you are noticing the change.. It was alwyas been there and I have been observing this for the last 5 years since I came into Indian CC market...

Maybe, I did not monitor my credit reports well in the last few years. I have credit history of 4.5 years and never really bothered to really deep dive in. Maybe it's a new thing for me, but this behaviour on CREDIT products is not rational. Credit products are meant to be used, manipulating scores in the multiples of 10 with a minor increase in utilisation is not fair. (1/2)
