Yes, I noticed too. I faced it at a particular Merchant only. First Authorization is for Account Login 2FA and then another authorization to debit the amount. May be at certain Merchants only they are doing this. At magicpin and swiggy Apay Wallet gets linked and payment is deducted Instantly after clicking Pay.
