Anyone able to change the card network with kotak? After the removal of rbi ban, they are saying that the process to upgrade the card( changing the network) has not been made active

i had rbl lazypay cc in mastercard network, tried to change in visa in february but next day got communication that partnership is ending so i would be getting shoprite in sometime march, it was converted to visa somehow, but never got physical card, nor the shoprite, also got to know that rbl has created account for visa in all CICs. already applied shoprite in January via paytm, got in mastercard again but converting to rupay created one more account in CICs. I might dispute accounts to respective CICs.
