amex is worst and deceptive

@CD. it actually the opposite.. i came to know this several months ago but i forget to take action. so this time i took action. nothing amex have done wrong here. I'm considering applying for Plantium travel in march 2024.. couple of days before the FYF Amex Campaign ends.

Wait, so this 75K point is for crossing milestone for this year, or they gave accumulated for last 3-4 years? I have been crossing their spend threshold since I got this card 3 years back. Can be helpful for me.

@aayusharyanI i should have mentioned it's from Sep 2017 to Sep 2023, as my dad's travel card was issued in Sep 2017. He missed once in 5 years. As per my conversation with Amex, the 1.9 lakh on threshold . They said 15,000 MR points, with 7.5 MR points auto-credited, and the rest you need to call. On 4 lakhs spend, 10,000 MR points auto-credited, and for the remaining 15,000, call Amex

points should be automatically credited

@CD. The points that they say on the website are automatically credited. He is talking about additional points which can be claimed.

milestones shd also be credited automatically

@vaibhav111 .. the funny thing is.. for that additional milestone bonus points they said we need to call.. but they didn't put a timeline that we need to call berore xxx days..
So, technically they are obliged to take our request..
