Typical symptom of Ocd. I also feel the urge to make balances rounded. Though I always try to just ignore this but I can understand how difficult it is. So, answer to your query...Only Google Pay app as far as I know allows decimal addition of Play balance. Use it to top up.

I just checked Gpay and you are right. Earlier It allowed decimal addition now it's not. Amazon already never allows decimal payment. Tell me exact decimal amount to remove maybe then I can try better to help.
