What I meant was
I used Kiwi UPI on Zomato for a 25% discount, but the transaction failed, so I did it again. The refund from the failed payment got credited to my Kotak 811 account. Later, Kotak froze my account and questioned a few transactions, assuming it was being used for business. I clarified they were personal, maybe done for cashback, and uploaded my GST certificate. Still, they said someone would visit my address. Once it’s unfrozen, I plan to close the account due to the hassle.
Did KYC? How? Visiting branch (Biometric Authentication or via physical docs) or Online through Aadhar OTP?
