How do I do this? Actually I have already raised a complaint and they have given a statement that as the retun product amazon recieved is different from delivered product they wont offer any refund now nor offer any further help.

But not able to understand where to share it as amazon has marked this case as closed. Any help would be really appretiated.

Twitter pe raise karo issue, even call pe bhi higher exicutive se baat karo, ya phir call back arrange karwao. Amazon is better than others

@me_sovon call pe customer care pe higher executive se baat kiya he is telling the same thing, and say they have no option to raise any issue further.

Twitter pe dekho, and mainly unse kaho ki refund dene, chahe wo kisi bhi method se ho, but as soon as possible solve kare and high priority pe

Contact customer care again and ask them to raise issue (ticket) with investigate team

This team in Amazon always gives correct judgement.

After issue raised wait for few days then contact customer care to know what judgement they gave most probably they would accept mistake and issue refund.

And if not then raise complaint with National Consumer Helpline

@kuchbhi customer care wale bol rahe hai abhi woh yeh case pe koi aur issue raise nahi kar sakte, woh bol rahe investigation team se report aya hai current wala, kya karu samaj nahi raha hai.

You can chargeback, take up this issue to grievance redressal, google it and send email warning malpractice by Amazon in this regard and you can take up this matter to authority if unsatisfactory response in next 3-5 days.

Draft email using ChatGPT, give input as your timeline and do include you have video and can be used to claim your concern

Generally investigate team galat nhi hoti but agar real issue hai then raise with National Consumer Helpline.

okk @kuchbhi bro, yeh investigation team ne accept kar kiya tha ke wrong product deliver hua hai, but ab bol rahe hai ke jo product return aya hai unke paas woh different hai jo product deliver hua tha uss se, samaj nahi raha kya chal raha hai.

Also @vchouksey80 chargeback ka isliye puch raha tha q ke bill generate ho chuka hai and amount bada hai. Also amazon graviance ka details mail nahi raha tha, also aap jo bol rahe ho ke authority ke paas raise karo toh aap konse authority ki baat kar rahe ho yaha pe?

Charge back ka time bill generate hone se pehle tak ka rehta hai na? So agar time hai to amazon se hi deal karo kuch calls emails se bhi solve ho sakta hai easily, and unhone khud accept kiya tha ki wrong product hai, I am sure back end sab chal raha hai lekin ye customer walon ko update nehi mila hai, so Twitter and Mail karo proper solution mil jayega.
