For accor, whats the advantage of booking with you please? Do you allowing paying in ALL points

I will work with you on selecting the hotel & room, then will the room for you. Once room is booked, I will coordinate with Hotel on perks confirmation & points redemption. Reg pts redemption on Accor step rates. it's upto the hotel's discretion. Many hotels agree & few(~10%) doesn't.
