no idea.. i never have never used paytm to pay any cc bill. so don't have clue how to escalate for refund either. other have replied saying it take longer. i use hdfc dc always or cred/mobikwik.

Hey. Paytm is seeing a lot of failures recently. It should get processed in 7-10 days.
