1st ss is of upgrade option before you applied neo? Or does it still allow to upgrade to any card other privilege?
Normally axis disables it as it will be 4th card before the original myzone gets deactivated. I think it has happened to some other people also.

Is myzone your oldest card? Otherwise closing myzone 1st and then applying privilege is easiest option.

@sidp yeah first ss was before neo was approved, and no myzone isn't oldest card so i can close axis but only on myzone i had upgrade offer to privilege some month back and then magnus and select showed up. so will wait for now.

Then close myzone and then put fresh application through Axis app. It should be available there.
