After holding two card, what did you find so interesting in neo ?

@Shubham Yadav on zomato it give 120% off that why.. that the only usage i need Neo for.

Try applying through branch. As they are giving away ltf neo like crazy, I don't think there'll be any issue.
Or try to update mobile no in axis app. Unlike hdfc, in axis updation happens instantly.

@vaibhav111 are u applying from third party or directly from axis website ?

@Shubham Yadav through Axis Website , @sidp axis branch is near to my office so will ask there even though applying from branch which i have never done cause for LTF it will be weirder and axis employee will ask dumb questions thinking I'm some newbie so i always applying through online. through axis app i can apply but it not LTF though.

@vaibhav111 , just call CC and ask for LTF neo , if the offer is there they will give it you straight away… otherwise raise a fake card closure request and talk to the retention team, they will give you either neo or myzone LTF if asked for it and your current axis profile is moderately suitable.

@raj007 current limit will be matched and there a chance of LE too, if no LE have been received and spend on existing CC is good enough. applying through c2c via axis branch you mean?

@vaibhav111 tell them it's being given as ltf elsewhere. But you are not getting otp. They have ltf promo codes to put during application. For these card, they shouldn't create any problem. During otp verification check that it says jf 0 and af 0.

@sidp I'm on a call with Axis on 91 22 67987700. I said I need to apply for Axis Neo LTF. He was like, 'Let me apply.' I had to mention 'LTF' two more times. He was like, 'LTF?' I said, 'Lifetime free.' He replied, 'We can only apply for chargeable cards from here.' I asked him about getting my ₹149/- back from a closed Axis FK card.

He is right. Only retention team can give ltf/fyf offer. Normal cc can't. Ask him to transfer to retention team.

@sidp , yes. tried and tested on my privilege card last week. Got 5K ER , reduced fee waiver to 1.2L on my privilege and was offered ltf myzone or ltf neo . But not taken any as of now
