Wanted a Citi card. I could not get the PayTM one, even though it was there, because my area was not serviceable.
I had applied for Citi Rewards card

Try writing to them for reconsideration promising them the presence during verification and be present during the said verification XD

I did. They said that they will not be able to reopen the application. I needed to wait for 30 days. Actually, it has been almost 17-18 days from the last application, so it aint long.
Else, will take an add-on card from someone lol.

Got a call from Customer care again today. They said that they cannot re-process application. Also, they said that by June , all cards will be migrated to 2023. So, I better apply for Axis card rather.
