Apply for Bankbazaar Finbooster CC. It is the only LTF yes card officially and you'll get additional rupay card as well. But you won't get it before 3 Feb.

Yes bank processes application very slowly. It takes almost 15-20 days to get their additional Rupay CC.

IDFC is fastest. You can apply any core IDFC card or even FD based wow card and then take their virtual rupay cc.

you can try Kotak League Rupay CC as well , you can get virtual cc in 30 minutes
