I placed my order via the Samsung Store App, and in my situation, the 5k+7k were added to the old phone exchange. @Bugs Bunny might ask, "You mentioned liking compact phones; why go for the S24 Ultra? 🤣"

Idk what happened to my last comment but I mentioned that it is possible to take 10k upgrade + 5k exchange and 5k bank discount alltogther. I also bought it for myself in 107k + cc benefit.

@Rahul Gupta ok thanks.. brought 63k Croma vouchers and it seem 10k n 5k is valid too. i'm not exchanging any phone so 5k additional exchange i don't think that valid here.

@vaibhav111 You can take exchange discount without exchanging the device. Visit a nearby samsung cafe ask them to get 12k of upgrade benefit, 5k reserve benefit and 3k points. They will do it without exchanging any phn. You will get 512gb model in 110k+ cc offline benefit. Btw what price are you getting in chroma after all kinds of cc discount?

@Rahul Gupta oh shit.. damn i opt for croma voucher for 63000. and I'm not going... with who is buying the phone so once brought would need check the invoice of actual discount applied after using the 63k + 4k croma voucher (i had previous unused voucher valid till 31st march 2024).
