I called them after I didn't receive mine in 3 months. Customer care executive sent the voucher right on the call. Before I even cut the call the mail with voucher arrived.

I received exactly on the 60th day of completing my milestone. The voucher went waste as I couldn't utilize it and now I am even closing the card.
