nope. did amex missed on plantium or on gold. i think on gold they have send. it say already used and it seem on plantium they didn't send earlier.

I am also having the same issue.. it says on MRCC for me.. previously I received for Plat Travel.. Now they sent for MRCC but when applied it says already used.. I think they are referring to wrong card..
