Got same offer last month. Although I dont do trading but this Rs 10 flat fee looks cheaper than Zerodha/Indmoney's Rs.20. Good option for Intraday traders.(although they will eventually increase the price after some time like other discount brokers)

Rs.10 is the lowest any discount broker has given till now. Even Zerodha never gave lower than Rs.20 when they started in 2010

@Dr.AMAN Yeah, I guess, for traders this might be good, but then again, they should give this to all new customers as this is their CAC.

Unlike yours in was given option for lifetime free (didn't check further so i don't know about brokerage charges)

@Saral delivery means when u buy shares and your broker delivers it to your demat account(basically investing). Most online discount brokers have zero fees for delivery. But their main source of income is from Intraday trading where u buy/sell shares and square off the trade on same day before 3.30pm. Most discount brokers r charging Rs.20 or more per Intraday trade buy/sell order. Paytm is charging only Rs.10 per intraday trade.
