I have a pre-approved First Money loan of ₹6,00,000 on the IDFC FIRST Bank app. I applied for the full amount for 12 months without opting for the protection plan. The app showed “All done,” but later I received a call from customer care saying the application was declined by the system because I didn’t take the protection plan.

- If yes, what loan amount/tenure and what worked for you?
- If it got declined initially, did re-applying with a different amount/tenure help?
