Here what I know based on my experience:
ICICI apay - no
axis ace - no
hdfc millenia - yes


HDFC Millenia gives you 1% CB on edu fees as long as you use the institutes' online channels or pos. i.e., you shouldn't use 3rd party websites.

If you hit quarterly milestone of 1L , you get 1K agv making it effectively 2%

If you can pay via qr scan and if your hdfc millenia is on rupay, you can score rupay scan and score offers too. Search for this on this forum. Lets not discuss further here.

Axis ace stopped giving cashback direct use on educational institutions from last month.

Apay recent case don't know but it used to give .
Others also give 5%.

I have already hit milestone on millennia on previous month

Ignore the milestone then. For sure you get 1% CB, why take chance with apay ?
