Indian bank credit card apply cibil input error.

I was applying for Indian bank credit card through their online portal. I encountered a error saying CIBIL input invalid. I don't think the CIBIL score is creating the issue.

Branch and my home address (aadhar one) belongs to different states. This might be the issue i guess.
Have any idea why is it showing like that, let me know if someone facing same issue.
