Axis Atlas No edge miles since 20th Jan

Has anyone received edge miles on Axis Atlas since 20th Jan. I’ve done multiple transactions but haven’t received any miles, earlier used to get in 2-3 days.

Same here. No miles credited. I hope they are not upgrading their systems again!

its still a good card in terms of benefit, hence my reluctance to close it. but Axis is compelling us to hate it with all these stunts.

I emailed premium service they said give us 5 days to do it

My 5000 edge miles for reaching 7.5 lakhs Gold tier in Atlas is pending from 4th of March.

Of course the edge miles were blocked from 9th March to 10 April.
After unblocking on 10 April it has still not come

I received the miles for the third milestone after I raised it with phone banking. It was credited even though the mile counter accounted for the spends post 20th April. Maybe you can do the same

Definitely bro. For 5900, you're getting 5000 airmiles. You can utilise 5000 airmiles in different ways. 5% for hotels & flights and 2% for others, are really very good.
I believe if you're targeting 3 lacs in this card, still it is worth it.

Is rent considered for reward miles ? I know its removed for spend limits..

No, rent is excluded for all axis cards, except Magnus <50000, Reserve <1lac

I didn't and it has been 20 days now since last transaction. Assis is again giving us lemons!!

It is the Atlas miles which are delayed.
Magnus burgundy points are coming after 3 to 5 days

Okay now the server is working fine and all miles and points have been credited very quickly.
I got my burgundy points after only 2 days which is a record for Axis.
I don't think any other bank credits points in just 2 days
