I made an transfer from Axis to Accor on 10th April. Got a confirmation email on 11th April saying its successful.
However, the points have not been received in my Accor account as yet. Anyone in the same boat and what have you done to resolve it?
I am hesitating contacting Axis support because of their legendary support and would rather find another way if possible!
