SBI reversed reward points on SimplyClick

SBI has reversed Rs. 2147 after 6 months of transaction on account of RP Forfeit on Cashback Offer on my SimplyClick card. I have not used this card for any cashback offer on Amazon or Flipkart. Only major transactions I had done on this card are in November month of Rs. 82133 and Rs. 4185 on cleartrip for flight ticket booking and hotel booking. There was discount of Rs. 5000 on flight booking. What should I do now? Should I complaint to RBI? Anybody who has successfully got his charges reversed?

I have written to Principal Nodel Officer for list of transactions on which points has been reversed. Yet to receive reply.

Haramiyon ne, mera 700 Real rewards points bhi deduct kar diya. SBI card is the most chu**ya credit card company right now. Gaanja peene walo k customer care mein bithake rakha hai. Ab khud ka rewards points wapas karne ki karo sara taam jham.

Accha hai mera sirf 50 points he reverse kiya sbi prime pe. I am not going to fight with them for just 12 rupees value.

Today SBI reversed my points for transaction done in OCT 23. literally I am forgot these transactions done before 6 months, when I called CC she also unable to find these transactions.

Question is why SBI didn't fix it's system ? If you don't want to provide instant discount & reward points then why did credited points and reverse same after 6 months ?

I consider my SBI Simplyclick a totally zeeo reward points credit card for these reasons. That's why I use it only in instant discounts, nowhere else. So no tension for these rewards points credited and reversed.

Reversed 46rs on Ola money SBI card, I mailed for the reason crediting rewards cashback in useless Ola money wallet whereas debit in card account? Let see what they reply.

SBI cards have become discounts only cards, something like SC Digismart... The reward points are absolutely useless.

Same reason simply click is useless now, better to not use it..close it even LTF will not be that useful

I think there can be some other SBI cards where sbi is reversing points. Overall, if you want to use sbi card, better avoid it using during online sales like Amazon. I have completely stopped using my sbi prime card and will close it at time of renewal.

If it is only option- 100% use it. Just don't consider reward points as added reward.

In case of Vistara Cards they deduct real money and create negative balance in card which has to be paid in next statement.
