HDFC platinum debit card 1% cashback not received

I had paid my ICICI Credit card bill using HDFC easyshop platinum debit card on 22nd January, but I haven't received the cashback points yet. Before that on 13th January, I had paid around 20k bill on the same ICICI card and I got the 200 points next day itself.

As far as I know we have a monthly cap of 750 points so I should have received points for this transaction as well. Can anyone confirm if we can pay bill for the same credit card multiple times in the same month or is it 1 card only 1 payment will be considered in a month.

Also what should I do, should I contact customer care as I have seen in technofino forums not to contact HDFC regarding this or they may remove CC bill payment cashback for everyone.

No, you should contact HDFC support and told them you paid credit card bill through HDFC billpay portal and told them you are eligible for 1% cashback on HDFC easyshop platinum debit card.

You can also contact higher level. contact bank ombudsman and RBI ombudsman, A senior official appointed to handle your issue.

If possible then file a complaint in the court, local court, high court, supreme court, International Court of Justice/world court.

until last month the points used to get credited
only redemption had an issue
this time points haven't been credited

OP did it on 22nd, so 2 weeks over for him.
I did on 30th, so 1 week over for me.

I did a payment on 29th Jan i got my reward point. Even i am waiting for the reward point for the transactions done on 31st Jan.
So i believe its a delay in their system lets wait patiently we should get.

Everyone will get all their eligible points.. just be patient..if you see next month this time another batch of people come with same issues..
