Can we open BOB LITE CURRENT Account through Branch?

Actually, I am an existing BOB SB Account holder so system is not permitting me to open any other account via online mode.

Can anyone please confirm.

Only individual account can be opened online. Company accounts via branch only.

Is it applicable for digital transactions? I know that transactions through ADCs are free & no folio charges but not sure fully.

I think it's applicable for any type of transaction. You can ask cc/branch people

I can't open online as system is not permitting me after having an SB account with them. What should I do? Can't I open this type of account as an Individual one?

Call customer care. Either they will send you a link or tell you to visit branch with documents.

Talked with Customer Care today, they are informing me to contact with my branch only, they can only open this current account. I am not sure whether branch can open an Individual BOB LITE CURTENT account or not. Let's see.

Visited one nearest branch, seems like branch never heard such product before. They checked BOB website after getting information from my side but simply rejected to open such account as they can't open through branch. Such account is not available through branch level CBS - Finnacle, instead they were pushing me to open a regular Current Account which is a chargeable one.

Lite is online variant, can't be opened opened offline i guess like bro account in savings

Call customer care in front of them and make them talk. Branch people will fool you.
