I don't think there is an option to upgrade.

But if you already have 3 axis credit card and don't see this in your pre-approved list, you need to cancel one of the card and immediately you will be able to see this card with LTF status and can apply for it.

RIRO impact found lucky for me, LOL, everyone whose card is already approved might get a dispatch message in 2-3 days.

Full virtual/digital cards will only be visible after the delivery of the physical card. Although Axis should change this rule.
