when did 500 denominator coupon unlock?

Generally takes 2-3 days after the first transaction of rs 300 and above hers settled.

The 5000 villa stay voucher is unlocked for me on the day before yesterday for transaction done on 6th August but the 500 paytm voucher is not unlocked. Villa stays one is unlocked because my new card is eligible then why is the paytm one taking time, it's from the same exact offer anyway.
