@SnowLucifer no not instant. Only merchant side addition to 5% is instant. Like if u purchase at 5.5% offer then only (5.5% -5%) = 0.5% will be instant.

When will we get the 50 neu coins? It showed for me but didn't receive the 50 neu coins. Is there any specific timeline for that?

Tata Neu has now started showing the overall reward rate for GVs (including 5% coins from Tata Neu Infinity Card statement cashback)
(instant neucoins brand specific + 5% in Neucard statement).
That is why we see 5.5% for Amazon shopping vouchers.
So, you'd receive 0.5% back instantly in Tata Neu app (brand cashback) and 5% later in card statement as usual. [if purchased with Tata Neu infinity card]
This is why people who bought 10k ASV got only 50 Neucoins instantly.
Earlier Tata Neu used to show 0.5% for ASV.
Now it has included Tata Neu Infinity 5% cashback in the app.
The same is applicable to all other vouchers available on the app.
So whenever you see a gift card, subtract 5%, and you'd get your instant cashback percentage. [that you'd get instantly using any other card or UPI]
The remaining 5% is only credited to Tata Neu card if used.
Also regarding SBI CB Card, it seems that the MCC is now 5947, which is not eligible for SBI Cashback.

If you bought Amazon shopping voucher, you'll get 0.5% coins in Tata Neu app -> Neucoins section.
If you bought Amazon Pay GV, you'll not get any instant cashback.
Also you'll receive 5% if you used Tata Neu infinity.

If thats the case then it is clearly misleading the way banner is showing. It said you will earn this amount of coins. Then below that it was written earn extra 5% neu coins with neu card. Will complain to national consumer court if they refused to give 😆 😆

Bro, even though I and many others agree with Knight's answer, still it is premature to say his answer is 100% correct given the changes Tneu app has made recently, along with the term extra 5%.
So, it's better to wait than drawing conclusion so quickly. Who knows more exploration might bring something interesting.

No, it means the total benefit you will get is 500 coins, no extra coins.
I agree the banner is confusing but it seems they are selling it including statement credit,
For example if you buy amazon shopping voucher, which has 5.5% offer mentioned, so if you purchase 10k worth voucher which means 550 coins, so you will get 50 coins immediately as 0.5% and rest 500 coins in statement credit means total 5.5%

As of now, there is no special offer.
They've just updated the UI and included Tneu Card cashback.
The Checkout page is still outdated and shows the same thing twice.
Buy GVs if you genuinely need them, don't but in hopes of double dip. [Because if double dip was there it would have been credited instantly like before]
