Credit Card bill pay on SaveSage app using Kotak 811 Super DC - 0.59% charges but 5% cashback upto Rs500 cashback per month. Debit card charges: 0.59% , MCC - 7392 (SAVESAGE SOLUTIONS PRI...)​

Note - Transaction under 1975 the charges are 0.59% beyond that it is 1.18%. Do multiple transaction of Rs1900. (1900x5 times + 500 = total 10k transaction).

If there is too much cb coming from txns on a new/unknown merchant then it is GV/bill payment, simple kotak logic. 🙂

Use it for offline transactions. I have mainly used it for Dmart purchases and IRCTC booking (0.4-0.9%+GST charges applicable). Haven't tried for fuel yet, but as per others it gives cashback on fuel as well.

You don't have to maintain any balance in kotak 811 super account , just make a credit of 5k to be eligible for 5% cashback on card transactions

And did transaction using dc, will i get cb ?
Also the transaction was physicswallah pvt ltd !
Any ideas ?

5000 should be credited which you have done. If physicswallah mcc is not excluded then you will receive the cashback.
You can check 811 super T&C many transactions has been excluded recently
