I think it depends on branch and employee also. For me they told to give a letter for upgrade but completed the conversion without giving any letter. But they did take an application for debit card in which I wrote the debit card name

1. I dont think so. It is only normal platinum card
2. While opening account its better not to select any debit card.
After account opened,we can log into net banking and can apply both rsdc and emt
