Hi i completed vkyc but instead of uploading my degree certificate i only uploaded my payslip. I then mailed the degree certificate to alumni@icicibank.com . Should that be enough or should i get this application cancelled and apply again?

This is true. I also use SBI with SBI New York branch as intermediary for the same, otherwise fidelity charges USD -> INR conversion fees, which is sometimes as high as 2.5% for small amounts. We can't tranfer USD directly without any intermediary. SBI charges the following-> Forex transaction...
