I think they share the traffic. Card which has access for BLR domestic lounge , will not have access for 080 and vice Versa. My sbi platinum debit card did not work in BLR domestic lounge but it worked in 080.

Master card world elite has unlimited lounge access on credit card unlike visa version which has 6 access per quarter. However priority pass issued with both the version has unlimited lounge access.

Bangalore terminal 1 has 2 no’s of 080 and 2 no’s of BLR domestic lounge . Terminal 2 has 1 no’s 080 lounge . Terminal 1’s 080 is better than terminal 2 080.
