I did not receive any cashback for eligible transaction on my 2nd cc statement,whereas they were normally credited for 1,3 statement

I did it on 30 April,2023

Okay if its 5k limit,but atleast i should get it,it would be max 4k on education payment,i haven't recvieved 4k

and if in case i do not recieve the cashback ?

I did a transaction of 82400 on 30 april and it is settled on 2nd may,my bill generation is on 3 may,when will i recieve the cashback?

But if they deny saying valid for settled transaction and also if payu mcc is not included in exclusion than it should not impact on any day right?
