What was the interval between the vkyc and the approval? And how do you get the approval message - via sms or email? What info/docs did you have to submit for the add-on in the application?

Have you personally verified this btw? Strange that the customer care personnel instead said that the 10% cashback is per account basis and hence cashback is given on the combined total of purchases from the primary and all the add-on cards.

It is probably more than 2 weeks now for you, isn't it? What did the credit card customer care say about this?
