Just found that If u login to Unity Bank app(not roar Bank app) and create a UPI id with it and then if u send money to that UPI handle the money will credited to the card account 🧐

The application page doesn't says anything about havinga a CUB savings account.And the application process let me past the aadhar card verification too but I didn't finished the credit bureau verification.I reckon you don't need a savings account with them in order to apply for their credit card

Did you had multiple consumer loans with them? If then that would be the case.When you close one loan then the card will get unblock eventually.
