Please check this screenshot where I randomly tried to book a spice jet flight from BLR-DEL (1 SC point = 0.5 Rs), and also, these SC points come up with limited time validity. I converted axis edge reward points to SC points on 09-01-2023. The expiry of SC points will be on 31-03-2023.

I did face the same issue. I waited for 12 hours then it worked. I am not sure why it happens. It is really unpredictable whether the page will go to OTP or not. I raised the complaint. Let's see of they can resolve it.
