In Myntra sales, with the Kotak Myntra card, we get a 14% instant discount instead of 7.5%. At normal rate 7.5% too, instant discount is better than a cashback

I have FYF upgrade offer to Millennia from LTF Business Regalia, should I consider this upgrade? I tried asking for FYF Regalia Gold or atleast LTF Milennia but they declined both request? Or considering current LTF offers, can i apply using different number as I'm already an existing customer

I too have easemytrip and wanted smart credit card so I asked for upgrade via x and arrange for callback while customer care assured card will be upgraded but after a day I receive call from credit card team that upgrade is not possible and you will have to apply for smart credit card seperately...

I called twice to RBL customer care but they say there is no upgrade offer for me so I asked them to close and customer care happily takes the request. Lets hope retention team will call and offer RBL Safari card.
