Just don't apply for it. It is a pathetic card, 99% of transactions failed(check attachments). It is not their card issue, it's their Axis gateway problem. I suggest you go with HDFC/Kotak or any other bank's Rupay Credit Card.

I'm pretty sure they will reject your application. You can get axis fk card against your sbi card(C2C basis). At least use your sbi card for 6 months, then apply for it. Getting too much rejection can decrease your cibil score.
